Been Busy Not Writing

This is the place where I tell you all the things one person may not really care about. I will break it down into sections so you can read the parts you want to read, and leave what you don’t care about. Let’s get into it. If you stay to the end I have a fun little freebie for you! I’m going to be honest with you here…I have not had a lot of luck with writing past few weeks. I wrote a short story! Which is great, but I have so many stories waiting to be continued or edited. I got things to write. I keep holding myself up thinking I need to do this, that, or the other instead of working on the project I want to work on. Procrastination at its finest and I need to get better. It’s okay though, I will get better. I already have things set into motion to get better and do the things I love the most.

I have been working hard to get myself back into some kind of healthy human. The flesh suit needs some help. So, I picked back up on Yoga and as of today, I am 14 days in with no days off. I do DDP Yoga, you should check it out, it is amazing. I love it so much and it has done wonders for my healing ankle. It has also done wonders for my posture and my confidence. I have lost a few inches and a few pounds, which is great. I am working on eating healthier. It is annoying because I have been eating chicken nuggets and mashed potatoes for a few weeks. It was just easy and didn’t upset my stomach. But this past week I started eating more fruit and added carrots to my break meal. I am cutting down on sodium and even soda! I still have a soda a day, but it is the mini sodas as I try to slowly get rid of sodas completely. It’s a little addiction that I have and we all know addictions are hard to break.

As promised, here is a little freebie. As I said, I am trying to improve my health. That includes my mental health. I was looking for a cute habit tracker to put in my planner and I couldn’t find one that I liked. So, I opened up my photoshop and I created one that felt right for me. A small part of me thought it would be fun to see if it would sell on Etsy, but I didn’t want that headache. So here you go!
